After living across the United States, she now calls the D.C. suburbs home, with her husband, two children, and a rescue chihuahua. Her romance novel, A Surrealist Affair, was sparked by a “big birthday” trip to Paris with her family, where her 75-year old mother was the hero of what became the pickpocket subplot.
